How MacWin Consulting LLC collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us on this website.

Effective September 10, 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by MacWin Consulting LLC ("MacWin," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company based in Goodyear, Arizona. MacWin is the parent company of three web design brands: Real Estate Site Designers, Smart Agent Tech, and Go High Level Designs. Each of those brands operates its own website with its own privacy policy. This policy covers only macwinconsulting.com.

By using this website you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't submit information through the site.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you type into it. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your project. You choose what to share; the only required fields are the ones needed to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting platform and analytics tools record technical details when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent. This data is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs and is not used to identify you personally.

Information from third-party widgets

The reviews section on our homepage is displayed through a third-party widget that loads content from public review platforms such as Google and Facebook. That widget may set its own cookies or collect usage data under its provider's policy. We don't receive personal information about you from it.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and direct it to the right MacWin brand.
  • To provide, quote, and deliver services you ask about.
  • To send follow-up communications related to your request. You can opt out at any time.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

4. Text messaging consent

If you provide a mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointment reminders, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data collected through this site are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to communicate with you as described above and are handled by our messaging platform solely to deliver those messages.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • Within the MacWin family. If your request is better handled by Real Estate Site Designers, Smart Agent Tech, or Go High Level Designs, we pass your inquiry to that team. They are all owned and operated by MacWin Consulting LLC.
  • Service providers. Companies that host this website, store form submissions, send email and text messages, and provide analytics. They process data on our behalf and are bound to use it only for that purpose. Our website, forms, and CRM run on the HighLevel (LeadConnector) platform.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MacWin, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If MacWin or one of its brands is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same commitments in this policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to make the site work (for example, remembering that you've seen a form), to measure traffic and performance, and to load embedded third-party content such as fonts and the reviews widget. We may use Google Analytics or similar tools; those providers set their own cookies and publish their own policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking all cookies may keep some parts of the site, such as the contact form, from working correctly. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no common standard for them.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and maintain business records, and afterward as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's default settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see section 9.

8. How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are stored in an access-controlled CRM. We limit who can see your information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.

9. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your information, subject to any legal retention requirements.
  • Stop sending you marketing email or text messages.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and every text message supports the STOP command. For any other request, contact us using the details in section 13. We will verify that the request is coming from you before acting on it, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, which you can exercise through the same contact methods.

10. Children

This website is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to our three brand websites and may link to other third-party sites. Each of those sites has its own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Read the privacy policy on any site you visit before sharing information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of the page tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated policy.

13. Contact us

Questions about this policy or requests about your information can be sent through the contact form on our homepage. Include enough detail for us to identify your records, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
